The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the completion of the MDS, reputed company care plans and conferences on the computerized system. PART TIME Salary reputed company $40.86-45.67 THIS IS ON SITE _ NO WORK FROM HOME HOURS Essential Job Duties: Coordinates, conducts, and completes the MDS, reputed company care plans and conferences on the computerized system. Assures accuracy and completeness of entire medical record. Assures and monitors that MDSs are completed reputed company HCFA and Medicare guidelines. Ensures MDS electronic submission occurs per State regulations. Participates in family/reputed company care plan conferences. Assures effective communication with other shifts and departments as it relates to medical record documentation.
