Job Posting Title Talent Analytics & Reporting Analyst Sr (Remote) Job reputed company The Senior Talent Analytics and Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful reputed company Resource (HR) reporting and analytics products and services across the reputed company. Responsibilities Design and reputed company ongoing talent analytics products using an agile approach; expand people data accessibility, leveraging technology to optimize distribution of/reputed company to data (e.g., self-service offerings) allowing end users to explore multi-faceted data, interpreting insights into meaningful, actionable information as appropriate for the consumer of the data Deliver talent analytics & reporting products to end users through the most appropriate technology; reputed company end users on how to use products, ensuring high utilization of talent analytics & reporting products reputed company, design and execute on assigned initiatives to advance reputed company’s Talent Analytics & Reporting reputed company; foster key partnerships to deliver effective analytic and reporting solutions; increase reputed company’s data literacy for talent insights to drive reputed company and reputed company; improve data & reporting governance ensuring data is reliable and defined, prioritizing accuracy, reputed company and reputed company Maintain, support, and improve the reliability, efficiency, functionality, and utilization of existing talent analytics & reporting products Complete reputed company reputed company analyses; reputed company support to other analysts supporting reputed company reporting requests Monitor and analyze assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) against benchmarks and/or targets (e.g., turnover); identify insights and reputed company the results and implications, and recommend actions reputed company HR; prepare presentations to meet the needs of the audience Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business or other reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required 5 years of work experience supporting reputed company Resource technology to include HR report writing or HR analytics experience 1 year of reputed company Report Writing experience Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications Advanced knowledge of arenaflex Office, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to reputed company effective presentations using data to successfully communicate key messages Strong problem-solving skills to help identify the right questions to ask to solve talent and business issues Ability to effectively manage multiple and shifting priorities Ability to effectively work through ambiguity Preferred Qualifications Experience writing Calculated Fields across a breadth of reputed company Business Objects, i.e., HCM, reputed company, Payroll, Absence Experience building reputed company Reports, Composite Reports, Worklets and Discovery Boards in reputed company Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Minimum Physical Job Requirements Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear Frequently required to reputed company with hands and arms Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch Occasionally required to lift and/or reputed company up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or reputed company up to 25 pounds Specific reputed company abilities required by this job include reputed company reputed company, distance reputed company, reputed company reputed company, peripheral reputed company, depth perception and ability to reputed company reputed company Reporting Structure May report to a Manager or Senior Director in the reputed company department Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,500.00 – $111,700.00 based on experience and skills.
