[Remote] Senior Accountant | Innovative CPG | Fully Remote (PST or MST)

The Senior Accountant will support financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and strong controls while managing month-end reputed company processes and general reputed company ownership. Responsibilities • Own month-end reputed company activities including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations • Maintain accuracy and reputed company of the general reputed company in accordance with US GAAP • Analyze financial activity, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies • Record, reconcile, and analyze reputed company across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale channels • Apply ASC 606 reputed company recognition principles consistently across reputed company streams • Prepare weekly sales reporting and key operating metrics • Support inventory reputed company, including reconciliations, cost flows, and inventory reputed company analysis • Partner with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies and strengthen internal controls • Review accounts payable activity for accuracy, including vendor coding, expenses, credit cards, and payment runs • Prepare audit support schedules and coordinate requests with external auditors • Assist with sales tax reporting and responses to inquiries • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and internal control enhancements • Support and coordinate outsourced reputed company resources as needed Skills • 3–5 years of reputed company reputed company experience with strong GAAP fundamentals • Deep understanding of debits, credits, and the full reputed company lifecycle • Hands-on experience with month-end reputed company and balance sheet reconciliations • Experience working with reputed company across multiple sales channels • Strong reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills and comfort working with reputed company systems (QuickBooks Online or similar) • Analytical reputed company with the ability to independently investigate and resolve issues • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment • CPG, consumer goods, or manufacturing experience • Inventory reputed company experience in a high-volume environment • CPA or reputed company reputed company background • Familiarity with DTC, reputed company, and wholesale reputed company models • Experience supporting financial statement audits • Exposure to tools such as reputed company.com, reputed company, or similar platforms Benefits • Awesome benefits reputed company • reputed company is a B Corp Recruitment & Executive Search company that partners with some of the fastest growing start-reputed company, reputed company-reputed company, and entrepreneur-led organisations worldwide.
