Trademark Attorney Needed to Refile SaaS Company Name
We are an early-stage healthcare SaaS startup seeking an experienced U.S. trademark attorney to refile our company name after a prior application was abandoned due to a missed Office Action.
Scope includes:
Reviewing the prior application history
Refiling the trademark correctly for a SaaS + marketplace business
Drafting appropriate goods/services descriptions
Filing with the USPTO (TEAS Standard preferred)
Requirements:
Licensed U.S. attorney
Strong trademark / IP experience (especially with SaaS or tech companies)
Experience handling USPTO filings and Office Actions
