This position facilitates GO classes and assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness. This position also assists with providing feedback on GO participant performance. Job Responsibilities • Conducts training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. Delivers training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes. Stays reputed company on learning trends and approaches to incorporate in Learning & Development offerings. • Assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness based on feedback and other evaluation techniques to ensure participants are absorbing the course content and reputed company to apply it. • Presents information in courses using a reputed company of instructional techniques and formats in order to ensure the information is reputed company and absorbed by participants. • Assists in evaluating GO participant performance in courses and provides feedback and coaching throughout the course and at its conclusion.
