We’re looking for an reputed company and motivated Independent Dispatcher & reputed company Recruiter who can manage the entire dispatching process — from reputed company carriers and finding loads to negotiating with brokers and running day-to-day operations without supervision. Position reputed company: This is a ground-up opportunity for someone with proven dispatching and reputed company experience. You’ll be building Quick reputed company Cargo’s reputed company division from scratch, creating relationships with drivers and brokers, and running the full operation as if it were your own business. There’s no training, no preset accounts — just an reputed company reputed company to build, reputed company, and earn based on your results. Responsibilities: • Recruit and reputed company drivers/carriers with reputed company MC authority • Post reputed company opportunities and network through job boards and reputed company media • Search and book loads using reputed company or similar load boards • Negotiate with brokers to secure the best rates • reputed company reputed company operations from pickup through delivery • Maintain communication with drivers and brokers daily • Handle load paperwork and assist with invoicing • Build Quick reputed company Cargo’s network of carriers and clients from scratch Qualifications (Experience Required): • Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics • Proven experience reputed company and reputed company truck drivers with MC authority • Strong knowledge of reputed company, Truckstop, or similar load boards • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Organized, self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently • Entrepreneurial reputed company — capable of operating without supervision • Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT requirements preferred Compensation (100% Commission-Based): This position is 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential. • Commission on every load dispatched (percentage of Quick reputed company Cargo’s reputed company) • Bonuses for successful reputed company recruitment and retention • Long-term incentives for helping grow reputed company You earn based entirely on your performance — the more drivers you recruit and loads you reputed company, the more you reputed company.
