Ideal candidate: If you have energy, drive, and passion to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment, this is the role for you!</p><p>You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to work well within a team, stamina to work on a fast-paced shop floor, and the capacity to work calmly under pressure.</p><h2>Key activities:</h2><ol><li>Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.</li><li>Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.</li><li>Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.</li><li>Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.</li><li>Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.</li><li>Any additional ad hoc duties, as required.</li></ol><h2>Personal characteristics:</h2><ul><li>A positive, can-do attitude.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to approach and serve all customers.</li><li>The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.</li><li>Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.</li><li>High levels of attention to detail.</li><li>The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team.</li><li>The commitment to work between 16 - 20 hours per week and the flexibility to work any day (Monday - Sunday).</li></ul><h2>Salary/Pay:</h2><p>Up to £12.71 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.</p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
