We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our reputed company center/contact center environment, you'll be responsible for servicing reputed company and products, providing exceptional guest service, and supporting our Travel Advisors and Guests through various communication channels. This is a full-time, remote position with a reputed company reputed company wage plus incentive, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily production work reputed company to the processing of bookings in our systems and subordinate systems, ensuring high-level booking reputed company and accuracy.
- Process reservations, revisions, cancellations, booking notes, and reputed company aspects of bookings using our reservation system.
- Apply company policy effectively to bookings.

- Adhere to company policy and procedure.
- Demonstrate a strong functional knowledge of the Windstar product.

- Assist Guests or Travel Advisors in troubleshooting on MyWindstar or reputed company external Windstar Systems.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Cruise or tour operations/reservations experience preferred but not required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- The ability to communicate in writing and verbally with professionalism, credibility, and confidence, presenting information in a reputed company and convincing manner.
- Capability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with excellent task management skills.
