We're committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines * Digitalizing claim forms in a format provided by the company * Imputing all details of the claim with high accuracy, meeting expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by the company * Performing image classification, indexing, and general data entry tasks * Reviewing and confirming all data captured is correct before submitting or completing the document * Utilizing various systems to work on different tasks * Working within established procedures and practices * Collaborating with a close degree of supervision **Key Skills and Qualifications** * Data entry experience, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Proficiency in typing, with a minimum of 40+ WPM * 10-key by touch proficiency * Experience working with automated data extraction tools * Basic knowledge of medical claims forms (not essential) * Experience working through VPN connections * Basic computer knowledge, internet usage, and Microsoft applications * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field * Entry-level experience in a data entry role * Basic knowledge of medical claims forms * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, with a third shift schedule from 10 PM to 6 AM CST.
