As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Surplus Lines taxes and compliance filings. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Generating and reviewing weekly insurance payables reports to identify policies that require filings
• Interfacing with Broker Assistants and Brokers to obtain information or forms required for state compliance
• Ensuring Surplus Lines taxes and fees are entered correctly and filed with each state entity according to their requirements
• Providing Surplus Lines record numbers and/or countersignatures as needed
• Maintaining electronic records of Surplus Lines tax filings and correspondence with state entities
• Gathering information for regulatory audits and providing documentation to accounting assistants for check or ACH issuance
• Generating various Excel reports and assisting profit center personnel as necessary
• Maintaining the PSR Surplus Lines tax intranet and ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Technical skills across a breadth of technologies and the ability to interact with both business and technology teammates

Preferred Qualifications
