In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of medical billing and scheduling for our company's clients. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>- Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies<br><br>- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations<br><br>- Follow up on unpaid claims and resubmit as needed<br><br>- Review and correct any billing errors<br><br>- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records<br><br>- Schedule appointments for clients with healthcare providers<br><br>- Coordinate with healthcare providers and clients to ensure timely and efficient care<br><br>- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve any billing or scheduling issues<br><br>- Keep up-to-date with changes in medical billing and coding regulations<br><br>- Provide excellent customer service to clients and healthcare providers<br><br>- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred<br><br>- Minimum of 2 years experience in medical billing and scheduling<br><br>- Proficient in medical billing software and Microsoft Office<br><br>- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding<br><br>- Excellent communication and customer service skills<br><br>- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask<br><br>- Ability to work independently and remotely<br><br>- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines<br><br>- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines<br><br>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
