Service Advisor

Responsibilities
• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle service needs.
• Discuss vehicle concerns with customers and document initial observations for further diagnostics.
• Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain timely communication throughout the service process.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines.
• Work closely with technicians and the parts team to ensure accurate, efficient service.
• Keep customers updated on any changes to their repair orders, costs, or schedules.
• Stay informed about current promotions, vehicle recalls, and service updates to enhance customer guidance.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with service management software (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or equivalent preferred).
• High school diploma or GED; further technical or business education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Pay
• Quick Lane Advisor: $45,000 – $60,000 per year
• Full Service Advisor: $60,000 – $150,000 per year

Work Schedule
• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
