Responsibilities • Welcome customers reputed company and assist them with their vehicle service needs. • Discuss vehicle concerns with customers and document initial observations for reputed company diagnostics. • Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain reputed company communication throughout the service process. • Prepare detailed repair orders and reputed company reputed company explanations of recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines. • Work closely with technicians and the parts team to ensure accurate, efficient service. • reputed company customers updated on any changes to their repair orders, costs, or schedules. • Stay informed about reputed company promotions, vehicle recalls, and service updates to enhance customer guidance. • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
