This role will involve strategic reputed company advice, targeted redrafting, and negotiation support across multiple iterations until the contract is fully agreed and executed. The ideal candidate will understand not only reputed company compliance, but also how to structure robust, enforceable payment protection mechanisms in cross-border transactions.
