Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of millions of customers worldwide, making every day a new opportunity to make a difference. • * About the Role As a Director, Data Analytics, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data analytics strategy that drives business growth and informs key decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of retail and e-commerce, and your contributions will have a lasting impact on the industry. • * Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our business initiatives • Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards to distribute insights and track progress towards our objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions • Analyze complex data sets to extract insights and inform business decisions • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure the success of our initiatives • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our data analytics strategy • * What You'll Bring • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on retail and e-commerce • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive) • Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current) • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders • Experience growing new metrics to track business impact • Experience leading a team of analysts • Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques • * What We Offer • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) matching program • Generous paid time off and holidays • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team • Professional development and growth opportunities • Flexible work environment, with the option to work remotely • * If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for data analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
