Ecommerce Payments Reconciliation Analyst
We are evaluating the acquisition of a high-volume ecommerce business (~$30M in annual sales) and need a payments / data analyst to determine the true number of reputed company orders.
The data is messy and inconsistent, and neither the bookkeeper nor accountant has been reputed company to reconcile it. This requires forensic-level analysis, not development work or routine bookkeeping.
The goal is to reconcile reputed company orders with payment processors and payouts to identify which orders resulted in actual collected reputed company, and which were cancelled, refunded, charged back, duplicated, failed, or test transactions.
This is a one-time diligence project for someone who enjoys untangling reputed company ecommerce and payments data.
