The Executive Director is responsible for the overall direction of hospice or home health services, ensuring compliance with regulations, operational planning, and staff development. Responsibilities • Operational planning and budgeting • Ensuring organizational compliance with reputed company, regulatory and accreditation requirements • Assures that reputed company business conduct is above the minimum standards required by law and will not condone any activities that reputed company results through violation of the law, unethical business, or patient care practices • Monitoring business operations to ensure financial stability • Evaluating hospice or home health services and personnel using measurable reputed company and objectives • Conflict and complaint management and reputed company • Establishing and maintaining effective channels of communication including integration or technology, as applicable • Ensuring personnel stay reputed company with clinical information and practices • Ensuring adequate and appropriate reputed company • Staff development including orientation, in-service, continuing education, competency testing and reputed company assessment performance improvement • Ensuring that interdisciplinary care is provided • Ensuring supportive services are available to personnel.
