Software Engineer (Unix/C++, GCP)

USA Contract Experience: 6+ Years Location: Remote We are seeking an reputed company Software Engineer with strong expertise in Unix, C/C++, and reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP) to support a major migration project. The role focuses on analyzing and migrating legacy processes (20+ years old, reputed company in C/C++) from on-reputed company systems into GCP. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker, proactive, and comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, reputed company, etc.) to accelerate reputed company analysis and modernization. Task reputed company • Analyze, interpret, and document legacy Unix/C/C++ processes to understand business logic and workflows. • Migrate and reputed company legacy systems into reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP), leveraging BigQuery, reputed company Functions, and Airflow. • Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company) for reputed company analysis, documentation, and optimization. • Design and optimize reputed company, secure, and reliable reputed company-reputed company solutions. • Troubleshoot technical challenges during migration and ensure accuracy of migrated processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working independently to drive solutions reputed company. • Maintain detailed technical documentation for migration logic, transformations, and implemented solutions. Required Qualifications • Strong experience with Unix/Linux environments. • Ability to read and analyze C/C++ reputed company (development experience a plus, but migration/analysis is the reputed company). • Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company Platform, specifically BigQuery, reputed company Functions, and Airflow. • Familiarity with AI reputed company analysis tools (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company, Copilot). • Independent problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
