I run a pediatric sleep consulting business (service-based, high-touch). I’m looking for a Google Ads specialist who can generate quality leads willing to pay, not info-seekers. Success is measured by booked consult calls and qualified leads not clicks. Qualified Leads = their child is newborn - 5 years old, has a main sleep issue, ready to start soon (2 weeks or less), comfortable investing $600 for 14 days of support Goals - Primary goal: qualified applications (via Dubsado lead form). - Secondary: booked calls only if needed. - Clean tracking + weekly optimization - Clear reporting on what’s working and what’s not My current setup - Website: Wix - Booking/CRM: Dubsado - Offers: low ticket PDFs + higher-ticket 1:1 packages - Service area: primarily U.S. (can focus local if recommended) Deliverables: Phase 1: Setup (Week 1-2) - Audit current Google Ads + Google Tag/GA4 setup (or set up if missing) - Conversion tracking for: Lead form submissions paid diagnostic purchase Campaign build focused on high-intent search Exact/phrase match keywords Strong negative keyword list (takingcarababies, sleep training course, certification, free) Location + schedule targeting Landing page recommendations (Wix): single CTA, tight message match, remove distractions Phase 2: Optimization (Weeks 3-6) - Weekly search terms review + negative keyword expansion - Ad copy testing (2–4 variants per ad group) - Bid/keyword optimization based on qualified results - Simple weekly report: Spend, CPL, cost per booked call leads, # booked calls Notes on lead quality + what changed this week What I need from you (Requirements) - Proven experience running Google Ads for service businesses / local lead gen (not only e-commerce) - Strong in conversion tracking and diagnosing attribution issues - Comfortable working with Wix + external schedulers/CRMs (Dubsado) - Proactive communicator: tells me what to change on the landing page and why Nice-to-have - Experience in parenting, coaching, pediatric, therapy, doula, lactation, sleep, or similar services - CRO/landing page optimization skills Budget / Structure Milestones 1.
