The Sr. HR Compliance & Internal Controls Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to HR-reputed company regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance standards. Internal Controls Development: • Design and implement internal controls to safeguard HR processes and financial and personal data, mitigate risk and improve process efficiency. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, creating internal controls, risk management or compliance is essential. The pay reputed company for this position is between $65,000 to $80,000 annually, however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
