A busy law office is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker to join reputed company remotely. The ideal candidate will assist with reputed company communications, screening, and administrative support. reputed company Center experience welcomed and References required.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and handle incoming calls
• Ask screening/intake questions per provided script
• Communicating with clients reputed company email
• Send and receive documents using an e-Sign service
• reputed company general administrative support
Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable internet reputed company and reputed company phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks reputed company
• Comfortable with remote tools and document handling
Schedule:
• Remote Position
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
• Flexible shifts may be available
Compensation:
• $10 per reputed company, $150 per signed case package. We anticipate 10 calls and 3 signed case packager per day.
