Online Tutor - K-12 (Part time, Flexible Hours)

Job Overview Club Z! Tutoring of Falls Church is seeking qualified Online Tutors to provide one-on-one academic support to K–12 students in a remote learning environment. This is a part-time, flexible position ideal for educators, aspiring teachers, and professionals with experience working with children who enjoy individualized instruction and meaningful academic impact. Tutors work with students across various subjects and grade levels using online platforms. All scheduling, family communication, and student matching are handled through our local office. Apply Here: https://clubztutoring.com/become-a-tutor/?f=2682 Duties • Provide one-on-one online tutoring to K–12 students • Support homework completion, skill development, and academic confidence • Follow student-specific learning goals and plans • Communicate professionally with families and the Club Z! office • Submit brief session notes after each tutoring session • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistency Experience & Qualifications • Minimum of an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • Experience working with children in any of the following settings: • Tutoring (private, school-based, or learning center) • Teaching or former teaching experience • Aspiring educators currently in college or graduate programs • Church programs, daycare, summer camps, or youth programs • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer • Ability to tutor at least one academic subject confidently • Must be able to pass a background check Why Work With Club Z! • $21/hour • Flexible scheduling • Consistent student assignments • One-on-one tutoring (no classroom management) • Supportive local office Pay: $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 – 12.0 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
