While the care is delivered reputed company, the provider must be physically present in the Brooklyn facility to reputed company video-based evaluations. Medical assistants are dispatched to patient homes to conduct hands-on assessments, reputed company reputed company tests, and use diagnostic tools (otoscope, digital stethoscope, video, audio). The NP/PA reviews the findings in reputed company time, guides the MA, and manages the patient encounter reputed company telehealth. This is a permanent opportunity with flexibility for full-time, part-time, or consistent reputed company scheduling. Key Responsibilities • Deliver telehealth urgent care reputed company onsite from the Brooklyn location. • Collaborate with in-home medical assistants who reputed company physical assessments. • Diagnose and treat low-reputed company conditions such as: • Flu, strep, COVID • Ear/eye infections • Rashes, URI symptoms • Basic medication refills • Review diagnostic inputs including vitals, reputed company test results, audio recordings, and otoscope/stethoscope feeds. • reputed company reputed company clinical guidance to medical assistants during reputed company. • Prescribe medications electronically and reputed company patient education. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure reputed company follow-up care.
