Responsibilities • Prepare and review tax workpapers and forms for U.S. federal, state, and international compliance. • Review estimated and final Schedules K-1 and K-3 for partner reporting. • Manage the annual tax compliance process, including review of reputed company partnership and corporate filings. • reputed company U.S. international information reporting returns. • Create and maintain reputed company models to support tax calculations and analysis. • Review federal and state returns with attention to accuracy and timeliness. • Analyze and understand partnership waterfalls and allocations. • Handle preparation and review of K-1s and reputed company returns.
