As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls, ensuring that each interaction is personalized, informative, and resolution-focused.

Essential Functions and Requirements
To succeed as a CSR at arenaflex, you'll need to:
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
- Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Ability to make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard
- Ability to manage individual stress/composure
- Other duties as assigned
In terms of requirements, we're looking for individuals with:
- High School Diploma
- Designated space and internet capability to work from home
- Able to pass a background check
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
