You will be responsible for performing and assisting others in data collection, approval, and analysis, as well as creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Expectations** The responsibilities and expectations of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to: * Perform and assist others in ideal data collection, approval, and driver analysis on data components. * Help with creating and conveying results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Data Analysis, Business Administration, or Statistics. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with care and accuracy. * Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is a plus. * Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines. * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Willingness to plan and support large business initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications** * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. **What We Offer** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $28/hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including: * Free, unlimited space available travel honors for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel). * Access to the latest technology and tools, including a PC and other necessary hardware. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs. * A dynamic and inclusive work environment, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
