As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals with Medicare-related inquiries. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals with Medicare-related inquiries, using your knowledge and expertise to help them understand their coverage options and select the right products and services.
* Utilize a mostly inbound call model to respond to customer inquiries, providing compassionate and efficient solutions to their needs.
* Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support as needed.
* Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade their plans or services.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
* Stay up-to-date on Medicare-related policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.
**Qualifications**
* Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
* High-speed internet access (>15 mbps).
* Minimum six (6) months sales experience.
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Computer savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual in Spanish.
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
