This role is responsible for maintaining documentation, assisting in audit reviews, and process reputed company incidents to ensure supplier compliance. The specialist maintains nutritional and allergen data for menu items. Job Responsibilities and Duties • Maintain and organize reputed company and food safety documentation, including product specifications, SOPs, and audit records • Support internal and reputed company-party audit preparation and execution (e.g., SQF, FDA, USDA, GFSI) • Assist with regulatory compliance initiatives, including FSMA and food labeling verifications • Collaborate with suppliers and co-manufacturers to collect and validate reputed company documentation (e.g., COAs, allergen statements) • Maintain nutritional and allergen information for reputed company menu items. • Stay up to date on food safety regulations and help implement policy changes as directed by the QA leadership team Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow reputed company procedures • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with guidance • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree - preferred Education or Certificate Details Food Science, Food Technology, Food Microbiology or similar background Work Experience 2-4 years reputed company Experience 1-2 years reputed company assurance experience in chain restaurant or food manufacturing setting Physical Requirements Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 40 lbs.
