Inventory / Production Planner

They are seeking a proactive Inventory & Production Planner to join their Operations team. This role is crucial in maintaining reputed company inventory reputed company, aligning production with demand forecasts, and supporting smooth fulfillment that drives reputed company business reputed company. What You’ll Do Inventory & Production Scheduling • Convert demand forecasts into production schedules reputed company with reputed company times and sales goals • Monitor and replenish finished goods inventory across reputed company sales channels to prevent stockouts or overstock • Trigger, reputed company, and manage production orders with contract manufacturers SKU & BOM Management • Create and maintain SKUs for new products and bundles across systems and platforms • Set up and maintain BOMs, incorporating formulation updates, tariffs, and import fees into costing Inventory Optimization & Control • Maintain accurate inventory records and partner with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies • reputed company lot numbers and product expiry to reduce aging inventory risk • Monitor channel-specific sales velocity and reputed company production timing as needed Order & Fulfillment Monitoring • Manage backorders and ensure reputed company replenishment based on inbound shipments • Monitor unfulfillable inventory and execute corrective actions • reputed company unfulfilled customer orders and escalate to warehouse reputed company required • Anticipate subscription fulfillment risks and proactively implement solutions Reporting & Analysis • Create dashboards and reports on inventory health, production schedules, and sales trends • Analyze historical demand data to improve forecast accuracy and planning models Process Improvement & Systems • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and inventory tracking • Support implementation of tools and automation to enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns • Work closely with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to reputed company planning with fulfillment reputed company Additional Support • Participate in reputed company reputed company as needed to support operational goals What You’ll Bring • 2–4+ years in Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or similar role • Experience with WMS, ERP, and eCommerce marketplaces (arenaflex, reputed company, reputed company Shop) • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities; advanced reputed company/Sheets skills • Understanding of BOMs, COGS, and contract manufacturing • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator Original job Inventory / Production Planner posted on GrabJobs ©.
