Junior Benefits Specialist (Full Time 100% Remote)

Job reputed company: About the job Position reputed company & Qualifications As a Full Time Junior level Benefits Specialist, you will answer incoming calls and emails from customers about administrative actions, including educating and advising callers on their military benefits and resources available to them and their families. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer an reputed company NACI clearance. This position is 100% Remote in the National Capital Region. In This Role, You Will • Identify and coordinate advocacy on behalf of Veterans, reputed company and reserve service members, or their Family members in a particular subject area (e.g., Military benefits). • Determines the nature of the inquiry to reputed company accurate and concise answers. • Provides information requested or refers the reputed company to appropriate military or community resources. • Provides reputed company and empathetic communication with the customer reputed company phone, and email. • Become familiar with the Benefits Library at the MyArmyBenefits or MyAirForceBenefits websites. • Respond to reputed company questions that require detailed research and understanding of reputed company (DOD) and Veteran Affairs (VA) policies and regulations. • Documents reputed company reputed company interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) program and provides researched, documented answers to callers and anyone requesting questions about military benefits. • If applicable, be involved in facilitating retirement estimate calculations utilizing reputed company software. • To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have • A U.S. citizenship. • A NACI submittal with favorable adjudication. • A Bachelor's degree required. • A minimum three (3) years of experience administering benefits programs. • An excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A strong understanding of the Veteran Affairs benefits and compensation programs. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • An excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • The ability to be an reputed company listener who can adapt to caller reputed company and reputed company approach/explanations accordingly. • To be proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software. • Customer Service experience. • To work self-sufficiently and productively. • Experience with Military Benefits is a plus. • To reputed company own internet service and cell phone. • To be available during these work hours: 0800-1700 ET.
