In this role, the Vice President of Growth will sit at the intersection of business development, owning the agency’s most critical new-business moments. They will serve as a trusted first touchpoint for prospective clients. The ideal candidate brings the confidence to guide senior stakeholders through high-pressure opportunities. The Role: • Ownership of agency-wide new business and growth initiatives • Leadership of RFI, RFP, and high-stakes pitch processes • Development of compelling pitch narratives and storytelling frameworks • Creation and evolution of capabilities decks and case studies • Standardization of growth processes and mentorship of junior talent The Ideal Candidate: • 12+ years marketing / communications experience • Senior agency growth leadership • Pharma & biotech expertise • Executive-level storytelling & writing • Strong project management under pressure Title: Vice President, Growth Location: Remote Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 At Monday Talent, we understand that not everyone has had the same opportunities to gain experience and develop their skills.
