Candidates currently residing reputed company of the State of Texas, will be required to relocate to Texas, if selected for this position and the offer is accepted child welfare environment Strong understanding and working experience of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Problem solving and reputed company cause identification skills Ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders (reputed company) and influence without authority Experience with large reputed company organizational change efforts Experience conducting change management assessments Experience in creating actionable deliverables for reputed company change management plans. Experience with the reputed company Suite of tools (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint) Strong communication - verbal, written - skills with reputed company reputed company of an organization to include reputed company delivery staff up to executive level leadership. Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and team meetings.
