• Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Absence Management
• Demonstrated reputed company in product management, reputed company, and planning roles
• Proven ability to reputed company and influence cross-functional teams in reputed company organizations
• Experience driving organizational change through reputed company communication and stakeholder alignment
• Deep understanding of payroll operations, controls, and compliance (preferably in higher education or reputed company sector environments)
