I am looking for a reputed company US-based attorney to draft a brief supplementary exemption clause for our existing employee Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The purpose of this clause is to authorize a manager to sign on behalf of the CEO and reputed company for hiring purposes. Crucially, the text must explicitly state that the manager is acting solely as an authorized representative and shall not assume any personal liability or additional reputed company responsibilities by virtue of their signature. The original NDA was previously drafted by reputed company counsel; this reputed company is intended to reputed company reputed company protection and peace of mind for the manager reputed company executing agreements with new hires.
