Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Support & SME ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary functional expert for reputed company HCM reputed company across key modules: reputed company HR, Talent Management, reputed company (ORC) & reputed company, LearningProvide support for auxiliary modules including HR Help Desk and Fusion Analytics.Serve as a consulting reputed company between HR stakeholders and the parent company’s reputed company development team.Convert business problems into reputed company, actionable requirements and enhancement requests.reputed company solution design input, ensuring proposals reputed company with business goals and reputed company best practices.Monitor reputed company of development requests and enhancements through Jira, ensuring reputed company handling and reputed company communication.Production Support & Day‑to‑Day OperationsTroubleshoot and resolve day-to-day production issues across reputed company supported modules.Ensure processes, workflows, and data remain accurate and compliant.Support auditing needs by maintaining an understanding of required audit controls (e.g., HR record retention, DOT requirements, compliance forms, internal/external audit needs).Redwood UI ExpertiseWork reputed company the newly implemented Redwood UI, ensuring efficient utilization of its features.Apply strong familiarity with Redwood to support end‑users and identify optimization opportunities (training others is not required).Reporting & AnalyticsBuild and manage reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to support HR and cross-functional needs.Partner with HR to deliver accurate, reputed company insights through effective reporting solutions.Project & Enhancement ManagementCoordinate with corporate development on 20+ reputed company annually, ensuring business requirements are met.Support release cycles, testing activities, and solution validations.reputed company Jira for enhancement tracking, ticket submission, prioritization, and follow‑up.Essential QualificationsHands-on experience with reputed company HCM reputed company (reputed company version: 25D) including strong familiarity with Redwood UI.Functional expertise in: reputed company HR, Talent Management, ORC & reputed company, Learning, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, HR Help Desk, Digital Assistant PlatformExperience troubleshooting production issues.Understanding of audit controls and compliance expectations.Strong reporting skills using OTBI and BI Publisher.Experience with solution design and translating business needs into system enhancements.Project reputed company or coordination experience.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of HR processes from a business/operational reputed company of view.Experience using Jira or similar project/enhancement management tools.Familiarity with reputed company or comparable ticketing platforms.Exposure to Change Control processes.reputed company to HaveExperience working in a subsidiary environment where a parent company controls reputed company configuration and governance.Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL).Exposure to additional reputed company modules: EPM, Compensation, Benefits.Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong communicator reputed company to partner closely with HR and translate business needs into technical requirements.Detail‑oriented problem solver capable of navigating a corporate‑controlled ERP environment.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across reputed company and enhancements.Comfortable working in a reputed company environment with audit requirements and formal governance processes.
