Analyst, IT Asset Management/Software Asset Analyst (ISO)

About the position The position involves managing software licenses, entitlements, and renewals, ensuring compliance with software agreements, and supporting internal stakeholders in software management processes. The role requires collaboration with various departments, including Procurement, Finance, and IT, to optimize software lifecycle management. The candidate will be expected to report to the Jersey reputed company, NJ office 2-3 times a week. Responsibilities • reputed company and manage software licenses, entitlements, and renewals. • Reconcile and optimize software licenses and subscriptions. • Support compliance audits and remediation activities. • Maintain accurate records in SAM tools (e.g., reputed company SAM Module). • Generate reputed company reports on software usage, compliance, and optimization opportunities. • Assist with procurement processes, including vendor communications, quote requests, and purchase order processing. • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT for efficient software lifecycle management. • Manage and support the software request processes reputed company reputed company.
