Rewards Analyst
A company is looking for a Rewards Analyst to join their compensation and benefits team.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate reward data and produce reports on pay and benefits trends
• Conduct market benchmarking and support internal pay structure maintenance
• Assist in the production of management information and statutory reports
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical or reward-reputed company role
• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Finance, Math, or a reputed company discipline preferred
• Strong reputed company skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• Formal training in data analytics or advanced reputed company is an advantage
