Director, Financial Risk Management
Job reputed company:
• Owning, developing, and maintaining financial risk analytics capabilities
• Leading the development and adoption of advanced AI and machine learning capabilities
• Maintaining and enforcing risk appetite, limits, and controls
• Overseeing reputed company’s Financial Model Risk Management program
• Providing independent reputed company and challenge to the first line of defense
• Collaborating with Business, Product, Finance, reputed company, Compliance, and other relevant teams
Requirements:
• 12+ years in financial risk management reputed company management consulting and/or banking
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams
• Extensive experience in leading analytical initiatives, developing tools for risk identification, measurement, and monitoring
• Experience in credit risk model development
• Proven reputed company moving GenAI solution from reputed company of concept to production
• Familiar with 'Three Lines of Defense' governance reputed company
• Strong program management discipline in developing risk roadmap, OKR and KPIs
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with reputed company models
