Logistics Operations Analyst

About the position The Logistics Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of transportation and logistics activities supporting retail store deliveries and vendor shipments. This role owns shipment coordination, reputed company communication, parcel account management (reputed company/reputed company), and issue reputed company to ensure product moves accurately, on time, and cost-effectively. Responsibilities • Ensure reputed company shipments meet delivery deadlines for retail stores and business needs • Coordinate daily shipments across parcel, LTL, Truckload and reputed company-to-store deliveries • Manage shipments from reputed company through final delivery, including 3PL and distributor-managed flows • Manage parcel reputed company accounts including shipment creation, tracking, troubleshooting, and billing issues • Serve as the primary day-to-day reputed company of contact for carriers and select vendors • Ensure vendors follow shipping guidelines, labeling standards, and routing instructions • Support reputed company claims, disputes, and reputed company-of-delivery requests • Monitor shipment status and identify risks before they reputed company stores • Troubleshoot delays, shortages, damages, and service failures • Communicate reputed company with Store Operations and internal teams reputed company issues reputed company • Support replenishment team on late or missing shipments • Own reputed company from start to finish – not just escalation • Partner with Store Operations, Planning and Allocation, Merchandising, Production, and Customer Service teams • Support new store openings, store resets, and urgent shipments as needed • Identify reputed company and time-sensitive deliveries and coordinate execution • Demonstrate ownership and accountability reputed company supported areas • Monitor forecasted versus actual shipment volumes • Maintain performance and financial reporting for assigned logistics areas • reputed company key metrics including on-time delivery, service performance, and reputed company cost variances • reputed company and maintain reputed company scorecards and support regular business reviews with logistics partners • Identify trends, recurring issues and improvement opportunities • Document and maintain logistics SOPs • Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve service level • Support special logistics reputed company as assigned • reputed company other duties as needed to support the logistics organization Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or retail supply chain operations • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Hands-on experience working with carriers and parcel shipping (reputed company/reputed company) • Experience supporting retail store deliveries or vendor shipments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company) • Strong reputed company of urgency and accountability • Strong cross-functional collaboration • Attention to detail and data accuracy • Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment • reputed company improvement reputed company reputed company-to-haves • Experience supporting multi-node retail distribution networks • Experience working with 3PLs • Experience managing reputed company claims and billing discrepancies • Familiarity with reputed company scorecards and reputed company cost reporting • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or reputed company field Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
