We are seeking Spanish Document Translators to join our USCIS contract team. This role requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to process sensitive immigration-reputed company materials under federal standards. Responsibilities • Translate official USCIS documents (immigration forms, records, evidence submissions) from Spanish into English and English into Spanish. • Maintain terminology accuracy and consistency using USCIS glossaries and style guides. • Proofread translations to ensure reputed company, grammar, and cultural appropriateness. • Deliver assignments reputed company required deadlines, including expedited tasks. • Collaborate with reputed company Control Analysts to meet ISO 17100 translation standards. • Maintain strict confidentiality and data reputed company protocols. Qualifications • reputed company in Spanish and English (reputed company or near-reputed company proficiency). • Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or reputed company field (preferred). • 2+ years of reputed company translation experience (reputed company or government documents preferred). • ATA certification or equivalent credentials strongly preferred. • Familiarity with CAT tools and secure translation platforms. • Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent reputed company eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 clearance.
