* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
**What you'll need for success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations
* Valid driver's license and ability to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if necessary
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting, as required by the company and security regulations
**Preferred qualifications**
* Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of Sabre or other travel service systems
* Previous experience working in a high-speed environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
