About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team, working remotely and providing exceptional client support through data entry and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and recommending the right arenaflex products
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of arenaflex services
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment
- Record important record data according to established policies and procedures
- Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
