As a Customer Support Agent, you will contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation, providing a reputed company service experience to maximize donor show rates. Key Responsibilities

As a new hire, you will be required to attend in-house training during the first week, followed by remote learning and on-the-job training. The training schedule is as follows:

• Week 1: In-house training, Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm (Monday) and 10:00 am - 6:30 pm (Tuesday to Friday)
• Week 2: Remote learning and on-the-job training, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Week 3: Continue remote learning and on-the-job training, Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, and production on Friday

Work Schedule

After completing the three-week training program, you will work a full-time schedule, reputed company to Thursday, with hours varying from 11:30 am - 8:00 pm and 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm.
