In this role, you will be employed by arenaflex and will be working remotely from Lithuania, supporting our client arenaflex - a renowned industry leader in technology. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for arenaflex's clients, providing technical and non-technical assistance, and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's customers, resolving their issues and addressing their concerns
  • Develop and implement efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to achieve customer service goals and objectives, and to continuously improve the quality of service provided

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2). Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, is desirable but not essential, as you will receive comprehensive training and coaching to help you excel in your role.
