We Offer • Employment contract • Development and training in Digital • Choice of benefits (MultiSport, Private Medical Care, Life insurance) • Great atmosphere and inspiring international environment without rigid corporate rules • Supportive culture based on trust and open communication • Lots of unforgettable company events and integrations • Office in the city centre of Warsaw - just next to the metro station • Mainly remote work (1 day per month from office in Warsaw) • Charity initiatives • Video games at work • Snack drawer and delicious coffee Requirements • Good level of English language (C1) - a necessary condition • Experience (at least 1 year) and interest in digital industry • Analytical skills or interest in analyzing data and drawing conclusions • Attention to detail (content accuracy, images and compliance before publishing) • Presentation skills – creating and delivering • Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned • Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level) • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset • Being organized and effective • A good eye for aesthetics • UX/UI basic will be a big plus Responsibilities • Supporting execution of eCommerce projects connected with brand stores (Shop-in-shop) creation • Making recommendations of changes • Managing delivery process (designing, briefing graphic designers, reviewing assets, creating mockups) • Managing multiple store updates, launches, and promotions • Presenting results to clients and gathering feedback • Maintaining high quality in overall task execution • Constant skills improvement and learning of eCommerce trends • Research, audits, competition analysis, recommendation of changes • Day-to-day contact with the client and eRetailers - participation in status meetings or internal calls • Solving creatively eCommerce problems with support of more experienced colleagues • Cooperating with a team of specialists who support each other • Creating a friendly and exciting workplace Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
