Conduct on‑site reviews to support leaders and monitor operational execution. Required Qualifications & Skills 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments. Strong understanding of distribution operations, warehouse workflows, and automation. Proven ability to reputed company teams and influence stakeholders. Experience with technology‑driven operations and data‑supported decision‑making. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Leadership experience in unionized operations. Experience supporting multi‑location operations.
