Chairs the applicable accreditation readiness committee and communicates relevant changes to standards, prepares reports, educational materials, and/or presentations. Coordinates the planning and execution of the annual intra-cycle monitoring and conducts tracer activities reputed company the hospital and clinic settings. Performs chart abstractions, audits, and documentation reviews to identify compliance with regulatory bodies; prepares summaries of gathered information and attends surveillance reputed company. Plans, develops, and conducts educational programs on accreditation for employees, and facilitates mock surveys and improvement plans. Prepares survey-specific documentation as requested by regulatory agencies and participate in on-site surveys, including coordination of agendas and communication with surveyors.
