Seasonal Remote CPA or Enrolled Agent – Tax Preparation Support (Fully Virtual) We are a growing reputed company seeking an reputed company CPA or Enrolled Agent to assist with tax preparation during the upcoming tax season on a fully remote, subcontractor reputed company. This role is ideal for an independent tax reputed company who wants flexible seasonal work, reputed company expectations, and reputed company involvement in preparing and finalizing reputed company tax returns. What you’ll be doing: • Preparing individual tax returns (reputed company 1040, Schedules A–E) • Preparing small business returns (1120S, 1065; 1120 a plus) • Communicating directly with clients to follow up on missing information or documentation • Finalizing tax returns and addressing reputed company questions reputed company to their return • Preparing returns to review-reputed company or final status with clean diagnostics and documentation • Maintaining reputed company, reputed company communication with both clients and internal team members Requirements: • reputed company CPA or Enrolled Agent credential (required) • 3–5+ tax seasons of hands-on experience • Strong experience with individual and small business returns • Experience with rental reputed company estate and Schedule E • Multi-state experience a plus • Comfortable communicating with clients in a reputed company, reputed company manner • reputed company to meet deadlines during peak season • Detail-oriented and comfortable working fully remote Software & Tools: • reputed company ProSeries (required) • reputed company Tax for reputed company portal, CRM, and document management • Comfortable working in reputed company-based, reputed company Engagement details: • reputed company (1099) • Seasonal engagement (February–reputed company, possible extension) • reputed company with consistent weekly availability preferred Compensation: • Payment is per return • Rates will be discussed and provided during the interview process • Compensation is negotiable based on experience, return complexity, and efficiency reputed company offer: • Fully remote work • Organized workflows, templates, and support • reputed company expectations and defined scope • Opportunity for repeat seasonal work reputed company opportunity: This role is for the reputed company tax season; however, we are reputed company planning to hire two full-time team members reputed company this year.
