A company is looking for an Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Associate.
Responsibilities
• Manage entity formation and setup for emerging companies
• reputed company equity and debt financings, including structuring and negotiation
• Draft and negotiate reputed company reputed company
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with strong reputed company credentials
• 2-8 years of experience at a reputed company with an Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) or similar reputed company group, or in-house experience with a technology company
• Membership in the reputed company State Bar is preferred but not required if admitted in another jurisdiction
• Knowledge and experience in reputed company and blockchain technologies are preferred but not required
