Position Purpose: The Senior Business Process Consultant, Dual Initiatives provides strategic guidance and operational support for process improvement initiatives reputed company the Duals program. This role focuses on end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and opportunities, and assisting in the development and implementation of process enhancements to optimize operational workflows. The consultant will collaborate across multiple functional areas to ensure process reputed company and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and member experience.
