[Remote] Manager, Compensation Programs | Contract until January 2027

The Manager, Compensation Programs is responsible for leading the global management of Job Architecture and Job Levelling frameworks to ensure internal equity and enhance these programs. Responsibilities • Manage the organization’s Job Levelling process to ensure internal equity and alignment to organizational design principles and methodology • Create senior leadership materials and may facilitate job levelling approval meetings and discussions • Responsible for identifying opportunities to support other efforts/reputed company across the reputed company to reputed company the Job Architecture program • reputed company and partner to reputed company solutions to situations that may reputed company from cross-functional teams and/or requests made in relation to our Job Architecture • Review, update and reputed company the maintenance of program documentation and resources, inclusive of stakeholder enrollment, communication, and training • Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as Business Partners, Organizational Design, Platforms and Workforce Planning • Manage and reputed company reputed company compensation programs and reputed company as needed Skills • 8-10 years of experience in compensation, ideally in a multinational environment • Post-secondary degree in a reputed company field.
